Every Hers Circuit trainer comes with a special CD. Before starting your 30 minute workout session, place the Hers music CD into your CD player. This motivational CD has 30 minutes of up-beat music to help you keep pace.
The Personal Coach will instruct you when to change exercises and when to check your heart rate.
We’ve put together a mix of your favorite songs to help keep you focused and to make the Hers workout a fun and motivational experience.
More advanced exercisers may choose to play the CD twice for a 1 hour session.
